Objective:To observe the effect of method of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation cycles combined with antagonists on the outcome of IVF-ET in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of kidney yin deficiency type,to observe the feasibility and effectiveness of method of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation cycles in assisted reproductive technology, and to explore the application thought and value of Chinese medicine in assisted reproductive technology. Methods:From January to December 2019,60 patients with PCOS with kidney yin deficiency who were planned to be assisted by IVF-ET in the Department of reproductive medicine of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine of antagonistic scheme only. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment by the method of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation cycles on the basis of the control group. To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, laboratory related indexes in the period of superovulation and pregnancy outcome, and objectively evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine in assisted reproductive technology.Results:①Clinical symptom improvement:the effective rate of the experimental group was 86.6%,significantly better than that of the control group(58.6%),with statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment, the syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).②In terms of laboratory related indicators:the amount of GN in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the number of oocytes obtained, the number of M II oocytes, the number of 2pn oocytes, the number of high-quality embryos and the rate of high-quality embryos were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of days of GN,the E2 value on hCG day,the incidence of OHSS,the number of oocytes obtained, the rate of mature eggs, the rate of fertilization, the rate of cleavage and the thickness of endometrium on the day of transplantation in the experimental group were compared with those in the control group,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).③Pregnancy outcome:the pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in biochemical pregnancy rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and early abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PCOS patients with kidney yin deficiency by method of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation cycles combined with antagonists is more effective than that by antagonists alone. The method of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation cycles can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of kidney yin deficiency in PCOS patients, but also greatly reduce the dosage of GN,improve the number of oocytes obtained, the number of M Ⅱ oocytes, the number of 2pn oocytes, and the number of high-quality embryos, which is more economical and effective, and more beneficial to patients.
