| Purpose:This This study aims to find out the main type of TCM syndrome by analyzeing the clinical symptoms of patients with gout remission. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group strengthen the lifestyle intervention and the treatment group oral four wonderful soup flavored on the basis of the control group. And then observe and compare the change of the clinical symptoms and the level of blood uric acid, understand the rate of acute gout attack during the treatment in order to find out the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of gout attack, and provides the treatment basis for the clinical application.Method:The 94 patients with gout remission were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 47 cases in each group. Find out the main type of syndrome by analyzeing the clinical symptoms of patients with gout remission. The control group strengthen the lifestyle intervention and the treatment group oral four wonderful soup flavored on the basis of the control group, observe the curative effect after 3 months. Record the changes of the clinical symptoms and the level of blood uric acid,understand the rate of acute gout attack during the treatment.Result:1.TCM syndrome types:patients with gout remission with syndrome differentiation for "deficiency in spleen and kidney, dampness-heat and blood stasis" 54 cases, "deficiency in spleen, dampness-heat blockage type" 11 cases, "deficiency in spleen and kidney, wet stasis resistance" 27 cases.2. TCM symptoms integral:There was no evident difference in TCM symptom integral (P>0.05)between the patients of two groups before treatment and there was evident difference after treatment(P＜0.05).3. the level of blood uric acid:There was no evident difference in the level of blood uric acid(P> 0.05) between the patients of two groups before treatment and there was evident difference after treatment(P＜0.05).4. the rate of acute gout attack during the treatment:0 case (0.00%) in the control group and 0 case (0.00%) in the treatment group.5. The comparison of curative effect:After the treatment, there were 0 cases recovered,2 cases effect significantly,20 cases effective,23 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 48.89%in the control group;And in the treatment group, there were 0 cases recovered,13 cases effect significantly,25 cases effective,9 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 80.85%, P＜0.05.6. There were no nausea, emesis, dizziness and other adverse reactions during the treatment.Conelusion:1.Gout remission of TCM syndrome types mainly include:"tdeficiency in spleen and kidney, dampness-heat and blood stasis", "deficiency in spleen, dampness-heat blockage type", "tdeficiency in spleen and kidney, wet stasis resistance", among them with "spleen kidney empty, hot and damp stasis resistance".2. Gouty arthritis regulating education (control group) and add four wonderful soup flavored (experimental group) can improve clinical symptoms in patients with gouty arthritis remission, but the effect of treatment of the experimental group is better than the control group.3. The four wonderful soup flavored can reduce blood uric acid value to a certain extent, and the prevention of acute gouty arthritis.4. On the prevention and treatment of gout attack, four wonderful soup flavored is safe and no adverse reaction. |
