| Objective:By observing the influence of FcεRI and IL-4 of Children Allergic Rhinitis by Treatment of gel Xingbi, to improve the pathogenesis of AR, Treatment targets and mechanism of regulatory mechanism of gel Xingbi.Methods:We select 20 cases of healthy children as normal group and 40 children outpatients with AR were randomly divided into test group(A,using gel Xingbiwenmin)with 20 cases and control group (B, using Budesonide nasal spray)with 20 cases. After 4 weeks treatment,the change of clinical symptoms and signs,by TSS,VAS.ARQLQ.At the same time,to observate three group in serum FcεRI, IL-4, IgE level changes.Using SPSS 18.0 statistical software for analysis.Measurement data uses Independent-Sample T Test within the group and between groups,the use of One Way ANOVA of variance between groups, count data with X2 test, no normality with rank and inspection.Results:①Relative to the group C.the group A and group B had significantly increased the level of serum FcεRI,IL-4 and IgE before and after treatmen (P<0.01);②There was no significant difference in the group A and group B of FcεRI,IL-4,IgE,TSS and VAS (P>0.05);③After treatment.the levels of serum FcεRI,IL-4 and IgE in group A and group B were significantly decreased (P<0.05);④After treatment,the levels of TSS and VAS,of group A and group B were significantly decreased (P<0.01);⑤There was no significant difference of ARQLQ in the group.Conclusions:1 The increasing level of FcεRI,IL-4.IgE in AR, it may be associated with genetic susceptibility and immune disorders and lead to the rise of IgE responses gene (such as FcεRI,IL-4);2 The lessen of FcεRI,IL-4 and IgE shows that gel Xingbi adjusts the Thl Th2 balance signal channel to inhibition of Th2 cells secrete IL-4,reducing the IgE synthesis, blocking IgE and FcsRI, thereby inhibiting mast cell degranulation, relieve the symptoms of AR;3 There was no significant difference in gel Xingbi and Budesonide nasal spray of clinical observation. |
