The Clinical Intervention Research About Shenhongtongluo Decoction On Coronary Heart Disease Patients After PCI(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis, Phlegm Turbidity Of Resistance)

Objective:To observe the curative effect of ShenhongTongluo Decoction on CHDpatients after PCI(Qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm turbidity of resistance),through statistical analysis with the control group,to explore the influence for thelong-term adverse cardiovascular events after PCI,symptoms of TCM and the qualityof life,for providing the efficient solutions to the chinese medicine treatment of CHDafter PCI.Methods:Select60cases patients of the first clinical hospital of Jilin Universityafter PCI as the research object,divide randomly into the treatment group and thecontrol group,the control group was given the routine western antidiarrhealtreatment,The treatment group was given ShenhongTongluo Decoction except theroutine western antidiarrheal treatment.Collect the gender,age,weight,thedangerous factor of coronary heart disease,the combinated diseases,the vascularpathological changes of coronary artery and the symptoms of TCM,signs,tongue,pulse of the patients before been given the treatment,carry out the syndromedifferentiation,fill in the SF-36and gain the score.By return visit to understand theincidence of the adverse cardiovascular events,the symptoms of TCM and the SF-36scale score after six months of treatment.Results:To compared two groups of patients with the adverse cardiovascularevents，there was significant difference (P<0.05) in recurrence of angina pectoris，readmission,the incidence of major adverse cardiac events,the curative effect oftreatment group was better than control group；there was not significant difference(P>0.05) in congestive heart failure,miocardial infarction once more,the death.Tocompared two groups of patients with the clinical symptoms before and after treatmentof TCM,there was significant difference (P<0.05) in the main symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group；there was significant difference (P<0.05) in the minor symptoms of complexion, palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,vomiting phlegm,the tongue,fur,pulsecondition,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group；but therewas not significant difference (P>0.05) in the minor symptoms of heaviness in thebody,anorexia,abdominal distention.To compared two groups of patients with the totalefficacy of the symptoms of TCM before and after treatment,the total effectiveness oftreatment group is90%,the total effectiveness of the comparison group is43%,therewas significant difference (P<0.05) in the total efficacy of the symptoms of TCM beforeand after treatment,the curative total effect of treatment group was better than controlgroup.To compared two groups of patients with the SF-36scale score,there wassignificant difference (P<0.05),in physical functioning,bodily pain,general health,mental health and total score the SF-36scale score of the test group were higher thanthe control group；the result suggested that ShenhongTongluo Decoction can improvethe patient’s quality of life scale score.To compared two groups of patients with theSF-36scale score before and after the treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05),the result suggested that the PCI itself can Improve the quality of life ofcoronary heart diseases patients,the research about TCM applying in CHD patientsafter PCI has an important significance.Conclusion:ShenhongTongluo Decoction can reduce the adverse cardiovascularevents of CHD patients after PCI(qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm turbidity ofresistance), improve significantly symptoms of TCM and the quality of life.
