Chaihuzhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Depression(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis With Phlegm Turbidity)Clinical Study

Objective:To observe the effect of Chaihuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with depression(qi stagnation and blood stasis with phlegm turbidity) clinical curative effect.It is a new method.Methods:According to the guiding principles for stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with depression in 66 cases of eligible patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 33 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy (nitrate、β-receptor blocker、anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs、 Deanxit); 33 cases in treatment group,based on routine treatment (Deanxit) combined with Chinese herbal medicine of Chaihuzhuyu Decoction,6 weeks.When the control group is contrasted with the treatment group,we concluded that the curative effect of treatment group is better than control group in HAMD total score、efficient、angina pectoris efficient、Chinese symtoms observed efficient.Moreover,It is safe to patient.Results:The effect of apparent about angina in treatment group are 17 people.The treatment group angina efficiency rate of 93.3%. The effect of apparent about angina in control group are 9 people.The control group angina efficiency rate of 80.6%. The effect of apparent about Chinese symtoms in treatment group are 18 people.The treatment group Chinese symtoms efficiency rate of 93.3%. The effect of apparent about Chinese symtoms in control group are10 people,The control group angina efficiency rate of 80.6%. The effect of apparent about HAMD score in treatment group are 10 people.The treatment group HAMD score efficiency rate of 96.7%. The effect of apparent about HAMD score in control group are 5 people.The control group angina efficiency rate of 87.1%.The contrast of the above three aspects between two groups,beside each individual, they also have statistical significance(P<0.05).It is show that the people’s disease in two groups all have markedly improve.But curative effect of treatment group is better than the other group.Conclusion:Combined with conventional western medicine therapy, Chaihuzhuyu Decoction can effective alleviate stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with depression(qi stagnation and blood stasis with phlegm turbidity)’s angina pectoris symptom, depression and Chinese symtoms.
