Effect Of Qushi Tongluo Pill In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis And Its Effect On MMP-3

Objective: To observe the effect of Qushi Tongluo Pill on cold dampness blockage type AS patients in curative ASAS effect evaluation and BASMI index, observe in patients with primary and secondary disease, time of morning stiffness, maximum ankle spacing improvement, pathology study compared before and after treatment MMP-3 levels etc, and then,revisionist the effect of Qushi Tongluo pill in the treatment of AS, through the observation of Qushi Tongluo pill effect on liver function, blood routine, evaluates the safety of Qushi Tongluo pill in the treatment of AS.Methods: The conforming 65 cases of the AS patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, after the falls of 12 cases, treatment group remaining28 cases, control group remaining 25 cases, 12 weeks of treatment, observation points respectively before and after treatment. Two groups were in oral NSAIDs(loxoprofen sodium tablets, 60 mg, TID) at the same time, treatment group was treated with dampness Tongluo pill, 6G, TID; while the control group oral is Fengtong Ning sustained release tablets, 120 mg TID for recording the corresponding, to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms, complications, duration of morning stiffness, maximum ankle spacing,monitoring ASAS, basmi and other drug efficacy evaluation indexes were observed treatment were compared before and after MMP-3 index level, monitoring and recording of drug adverse reactions.Results: The experimental group and the control group in improving TCM clinical main symptoms, improving patient quality of life, reducing the ASAS, basming each main index,to ease the MMP-3, ESR, CRP and other laboratory indexes and treatment before there was significant difference(P < 0.05) in the control group,the treatment group effective rate was71.4%, and the control group 60.0%,treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion: Qushi Tongluo pill in the treatment of cold dampness stagnation type of AS can effectively improve the main symptoms, signs and MMP-3, CRP, ESR and other indicators, safe and effective.
