PurposeThis study is to explore Chinese medicine clinical symptoms of influ enza a (H1N1) distribution and clinical characteristics of each card type, frequency distribution, provide dialectical reference basis for subse quent treatment of influenza. The analysis of relation between serum immunoglobulin IgM and IgG and serum interleukin 8 (IL-8) and transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and the level of plasma soluble CD14 (sCD14) is done in this study to reveal the differences between damp-heat syndrome and warm-heat dise ase.MethodsAccording to the reference standards formulated, research questi onnaire were conducted to collect outpatient and the inpatient flu-like patients. Then, according to the etiology detection analysis, a/H1N1 flu virus infection patients are confirmed. And these patients’clinical symptoms of TCM were collected for analysis. At the same time, a/HlN1 flu virus infection patients will be diagnosed with influenza a (H1N1) virus infection in patients with dialectical classification. Patients with damp-heat syndrome of epidemic febrile disease and warm-heat disease card are furtherly studied with relevant experiments.ResultsThe survey is to collect the symptoms in patients with H1N1 infect ion, the total number of the symptoms is 28, the highest frequency 13 symptoms (occurred frequency>50%) followed by:fever, body aches, languid, stay, red swollen throat, sore throat, bad cold, thirst, no sweat, urine yellow, cough, head weight such as wrapped, heavy body trapped, embodies the characteristics of common symptoms in patients with H1N1 infection.13 symptoms of high frequency clustering analysis, into three categories. The most common tongue is red tongue, floatinge pulse and rapid pulse are very common, the justification of the most common type is the syndrome of phlegmy-heat obstructing the lung. And each card type on the symptoms of distribution are also quite different. The difference of the level of serum immunoglobulin IgM and IgG, IL-8, TNF-α and TGF-β1 is very small, comparison between the two groups (P>0.05), there was no statistically significant difference. Two groups of patients’serum TLR4, LBP and there were significant differences in plasma sCD14 levels, damp-heat syndrome group was significantly higher than that of warm-heat disease group, the comparison between the two groups (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.ConelusionsPatients with H1N1 infection on the distribution of the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has the certain regularity, in line with the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine science of seasonal febrile diseases, so you can refer to the therapeutic method of seasonal febrile diseases to treat this disease. The patients with H1N1 infection have some differences in relevant laboratory test index between damp-heat syndrome and warm-heat disease. There were significant differences between the two groups of patients’serum TLR4, LBP and plasma sCD14 in levels, damp heat syndrome group is significantly higher than warm-heat disease card, prompt that the inflammatory reaction on patients with damp-heat syndrome is more serious.
