The Clinical Treatment On The Inhibition Of Hematopoiesis With Shenqi Guben Fang Ultrafine Granular Powder After Chemotherapy For Colorectal Cancer

Objective:Clinical trials related to indexes of Shenqi Guben Fang ultrafine granular powder’s treatment for the improvement of Hematopoiesis suppression and dose-effect relation after colorectal chemotherapy.Method:Collected 60 cases of hospital colorectal cancer patients, which has pathology diagnosis. Their chemotherapy following below:colorectal cancer with FOLFOX (Oxaliplatin Platinum+leucovorin+fluoride urine pyrimidine) or FOLFIRI (irinotecan+leucovorin),60 cases was divided into three Group non-randomly. After the chemotherapy, experimental group was treated with disruption of Shenqi Guben Fang ultrafine granular powder(16g, oral, bid)for 28dx2 drive, while control group A was teated with traditional herbs of Shenqi Guben Fang(120g/a dose,oral, bid),28dx2 drive and the control group B was treated with Zhenqifuzheng Keli (5g, blunt, bid),28dx2 drive. Collected the related indicators, including physical condition and the symptoms of Bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy. Collected those index of peripheral blood with white blood cells, erythrocyte, hemoglobin and platelet counts, the number of immune parameters including CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and other relevant indicators.Results:Detection of peripheral blood:All groups’total number of white blood cells, hemoglobin and red blood cells after the treatment increased, and no difference was statistically significant (p<0.01). All groups’indicators of leukocytes, platelet, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment was no statistically significant effect(p>0.05). All groups’indicators of CD3+ and CD4+ after the treatment increased(p<0.05), All groups’indicators of CD3+ increased and there wasn’t statistically significant (p>0.05). CD4+, index of control A increased significantly compared with the two other groups, there was statistically significant difference (p<0.05). All groups’indicators of Karnofsky after the treatment,there was not statistically significant (p>0.05). All groups can ease patients’appetite lessens and fatigues (P<0.01). there was no statistically significant difference about the ease patients’appetite lessens(p>0.05). Coneclusion:All groups can significantly relief those part of hematopoiesis suppression symptoms occurs after chemotherapy. About 1/3 does of Shenqi Guben Fang ultrafine granular powder equivalent to the clinic effect of Shenqi Guben Fang’s traditional herbs, and there was no statistically significant difference. All groups can promote the recovery of hematopoiesis in the clinical, the accounts such as white blood and erythrocyte cells in the peripheral blood increased significantly. All groups can adjust human’s immune function, like the indexe of CD3+,CD4+. CD4+, index of Control A increased significantly compared with the two other groups.
