Comparison Of The Efficacy And Safety Of Shenqi Guben Fang Ultrafine Granular Powder And Traditional Decoction Combined With He Chan Pian In The Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:The efficacy and safety of Shenqi Guben traditional decoction and cell-broken decoction combined with Hebu Tablet in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)were compared and evaluated with the indictors of clinical trials.Methods:From Sept.2016 to Sept.2018,61 patients with advanced NSCLC from XXXX were enrolled,53 eligible patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group(27 patients and 26 patients respectively)at 1:1.Shenqi Guben cell-broken decoction was used together with HeChan Tablet in the experimental group(Shenqi Guben cell-broken decoction,sig.16 g,p.o.bid.HeChan Tablet,sig.5tabs,p.o.tid.).Shenqi Guben traditional decoction was used together with HeChan Tablet in the control group(Shenqi Guben traditional decoction,one dose with 120 g decocted into 200 ml and take 2 times each day.HeChan Tablet,sig.5 tabs,p.o.tid.).The course of treatment was 3 months in both groups.The progression-free survival(PFS)of the two groups was the main index,and the clinical symptoms,disease control rate(DCR),overall survival(OS)and adverse reaction rate were the secondary indexes.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was 44%(12 patients)and 35%(9 patients),respectively.The most common adverse reactions in the experimental group were gastrointestinal reaction(11,40%),rash(2,7%),abdominal pain(2,7%),chest distress(1,3%),while the most common adverse reactions in the control group were gastrointestinal reactions(9,35%),diarrhea(1,3%),lethargy(1,3%),migraine(1,3%),and oral ulcer(1,3%).No grade III-IV adverse reactions occurred in either group.Result:The treatment of advanced NSCLC with 1/3 dose of cell-broken decoction is better than traditional decoction,and have no serious adverse reactions or liver and kidney function damage.
