Objective To observe the dachaihutang and dachengqitang to restore the curative effect of intestinal mucous membrane barrier function of acute pancreatitis. Methods A random control study, would be consistent with the standard of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis (moderate) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Were randomly divided into treatment group (internal medicine routine therapy+dachaihutang and dachengqitang) and the control group (internal medicine routine treatment), treatment group and control group,30 cases each 2 weeks after treatment curative effect evaluation. And 100 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, low dose treatment group, middle dose group, high dose treatment groups, according to the different groups, respectively processing, determination of model rat intestinal mucosa Dn-5, the TREM-l,Bax levels. Results The results of clinical observation, the treatment group in the exhaust defecate time is better than that of control group (P< 0.05); Treatment group in abdominal distention disappear time obviously better than that of control group (P< 0.01); Treatment group in abdominal pain disappear time, enteral nutrition goals reached similar amount of time and the control group (P> 0.05). Two group total effectiveness 96.7%,93.3%respectively, there was no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). The length of hospital stay, costs were significantly lower in treatment group than the control group (P< 0.01). Animal experiments, Dn-5 mRNA expression in terminal ileum tissue of rats, the rats in normal group Dn-5 gene expression was significantly higher than that of model group (1.10±0.03 vs.0.51±0.01, P< 0.01); Dosage groups each terminal ileum of Dn rats-5 mRNA expression compared with model group are raised, including the dosage of medicine group compared with model group Dn-5 mRNA expression significantly higher (0.92±0.02 vs.0.51±0.01, P< 0.01), group significantly raised high doses (0.80±0.03 vs.0.51±0.01, P< 0.05). TREM-1 mRNA expression in terminal ileum tissue of rats, which in the model group rats TREM-1 gene expression was significantly higher than normal group (0.25±0.03 vs.1.11±0.14, P< 0.01); Each dosage group rats ileum at the ends of the TREM-1 mRNA expression compared with model group were lower, which group compared with model group in doses TREM-1 mRNA expression significantly lower (0.36±0.01 vs.1.11±0.14, P< 0.01), group significantly lower high doses (0.52±0.03 vs.1.11±0.14, P< 0.05). Bax gene encoding protein expression in rat distal ileum, almost no expression in normal control group, pancreatitis model Bax protein expression was significantly higher than normal group (0.18±0.01 VS1.25 plus or minus 0.08, P< 0.01), the drug group of terminal ileum of Bax protein expression in rats is lower in the model group, the group compared with model group in the doses of Bax protein expression significantly lower (0.28±0.01 VS1.25 plus or minus 0.08, P< 0.01), group significantly lower high doses (0.54± 0.04 VS1.25 plus or minus 0.08, P< 0.01).Conclusion Dachaihutang and dachengqitang is an effective method for treatment of acute pancreatitis, in terms of recovery exhaust defecation, reduce bloating, obvious effect, but also can improve the intestinal mucosa in rat models of Dn-5 protein content, reduce intestinal mucosa TREM-1, Bax protein content, so as to reduce the intestinal mucosa cells apoptosis and strengthen the defense function of intestinal mucosa, the purpose of restoring intestinal mucosal barrier function, has a certain therapeutic effect of acute pancreatitis.
