Clinical Research On Shuganjianpi Method Plus Entecavir Treatment For The Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome In Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Objective:During the Clinical Research on Shuganjianpi Method plus Entecavir Treatment for the Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients to evaluating Clinical efficacy and providing a reference for Integrative Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B.Methods:Selecting 60 CHB patients from Jiangsu Chinese medicine hospital,According to the principle of randomization and randomly divided into test group of 30 patients (Shuganjianpi Method plus Entecavir Treatment) and a control group of 30 cases (only Entecavir),after 6 months, observe the indicators of the efficacy of TCM clinical syndromes, liver function, abdominal ultrasonography, HBV-DNA and safety indicators And then compare the two treatment therapy.Results:The test total effective rate was 80%, the control group was 63.33%, the total efficacy test group was better than the control group,However the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). In comparsion of the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome:the treatment group of 30 cases, pindolol on action 8 cases, effective 20 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate 93.33;The control group of 30 cases, pindolol on action 4 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 11 cases, total effective rate 63.33.Treatment group to ease the patient’s symptoms and to decrease integral of clinical symptoms are obviously better than the control group(P<0.05);In liver function indicators, two groups in the same group before and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05),But in the comparison between groups,the treatment group in improving the ALT and AST are better than the control group(P<0.05).Hepatitis B in HBV-DNA negative conversion rate, within the two groups before and after treatment, with a significant difference (p<0.05), but after treatment compared between the two groups,they have no significant statistical difference (p> 0.05).Conclusion:Shuganjianpi Method plus Entecavir Treatment can effectively improve the chronic hepatitis B clinical symptoms and help restore liver function, inhibition of disease progression, and thus improve the quality of life of patients. And combination herapy was safe and effective,and was worthy of promotion in clinical application.
