Professor Dai Enlai’s Experience In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Nephrotic Syndrome With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: Through summaring the experience and medication rules in clinical treatment of nephrotic syndrome(NS)from Professor Dai Enlai to expand clinical treatment idea and method and to pass the experience on to a new generation.Methods:While learning from Professor Dai, relevant databases were searched to organize his clinical experience in treating NS. Typical cases were listed to theoretically elaborate his understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment, combined with his clinical practice and medication rules, we summarized his clinical experience and the characteristics of his thinking systematically.Results: ①Professor Dai applys the modle of combinating of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in diagnosis and treatment of SSNS can realize the effect of “synergism and attenuation”.② Professor Dai applys the Wenyang method to treat the RNS have acquired satisfied clinical effects.Conclusion: Professor Dai Enlai has a wealth of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of NS, and provides an effective way of diagnosis and treatment for the clinical treatment of NS.
