Objective:Detect the protein expression of LRG1,ID-1 and CD105 in human glioma and analyze the clinical relationship between LRG1,ID-1 and the connection with CD105 markers MVD. Study the function of LRG1,ID-1 in human glioma angiogenesis, invasion.Methods:Immunohistochemistry(IHC) was used to detect the expression of LRG1,ID-1 and CD105 in 96 cases of human glioma and 20 cases of normal human brain tissues. The data of Immunohistochemistry were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 for windows,Using the Chi-Square Test to their expression in huamn glioma and to the normal brain tissue compares between groups. The ?2 test was used to analyse the relevance between LRG1,ID-1 expresssion in human glioma and clinical pathological features. The relevance between LRG1,ID-1 expression and MVD were analyzed by the T test. All with α = 0.05 as inspection standard, P < 0.05 for differences with a statistical significance.Results:The expressions of LRG1 were 62.50%(51/60)、0%(0/20)in human glioma and normal human brain tissues. There was a significant difference among them(P <0.05). There was positive correlation between LRG1 and pathological grading of glioma. There was no significant correlation between LRG1 and patients ages,gender of patients. The expression of ID-1 were 71.40%(51/60)、0%(0/20)in human glioma and normal human brain tissues. There was a significant difference among them(P <0.05). There was positive correlation between ID-1 and pathological grading of glioma. There was no significant correlation between ID-1 and patients ages,gender of patients. There was positive correlation between LRG1 and ID-1. CD105 labeled high grade glioma tissues MVD value was( 21.65±3.23)?HPF, more than(9.54±1.57)?HPF low grade glioma tissues,the T value is-23.337,P <0.05. There was a significant difference among them(Variance was not neat,for approximate t test). LRG1 positive group of MVD in human glioma organization value was(18.22±6.26)?HPF, more than(11.22±4.51)?HPF LRG1 negative group of MVD in huamn glioma organization, the T value is 6.338, P <0.05. There was a significant difference among them(Variance was not neat,for approximate t test). ID-1 positive group of MVD in human glioma organization value was(17.13±6.18)?HPF, more than(10.40±4.49)?HPF ID-1 negative group of MVD in huamn glioma organization, the T value is 5.800, P <0.05. There was a significant difference among them(Variance was not neat,for approximate t test).Conclusions:LRG1 and ID-1 was up-regulated in human glioma,the up-regulated of LRG1 and ID-1 expression may be associated with angiogenesis and development in human glioma. High grade glioma MVD value is higher than low grade glioma in glioma tissues, prompt glioma easy metastasize of human glioma and prognosis,may be associated with microvascular generation; LRG1 and ID-1 protein expression and a number of clinical indicators,especially closely related to the MVD value,and the two present positive correlation, prompt their expression may affect the biological characteristics of tumor cells, and may have both promote each other relations,prompted the possible as indicators of glioma vascular metastasis and prognosis, become glioma potential molecular targets for treament.
