The Expression And Clinical Significance Of CD105 In Endometriosis

Objective: To investigate the expression of CD105 in endometriosis for exploring the role of CD105 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods: Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of CD105 in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium from 40 cases with endometriosis (eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometrium group ) and in the normal endometrium of 30 cases without endometriosis(control group).Results:1 The expression of CD105 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium group was high positive, and it was puny in control group. The MVD of CD105 and CD105mRNA in ectopic endometrium group was significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium group and control group; the MVD of CD105 and CD105mRNA in eutopic endometrium group was significantly higher than that in control group;the expression of CD105 and CD105mRNA had no diferrence between proliferative phase and secretory phase in the ectopic group and the control group,but the MVD of CD105 and CD105mRNA in secretory phase was significantly higher than that in proliferative phase in the eutopic group; there was no difference between the different stages.Conclusions :1 The up regulation of CD105 in endometriosis suggestes that CD105 may play a role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.2 The expression of CD105 had no relationship with the clinical stages.
