Objectives:To observed the nutritional risk of colorectal cancer in elderly patients preoperative enteral nutrition on postoperative nutritional status, immune function and Complication.Material and Methods:The use of the NRS2002 nutritional risk screening criteria, Seventy elderly colorectal cancer patients were randomly assigned to two groups. Early enteral nutrition was given in enteral nutrition group(EN group) before operation, the control group was not given enteral nutrition. To observe the postoperative changes of plasma total protein, prealbumin, albumin, transferrin, total lymphocyte count, plasma D(-)-lactate(D-LAC), plasma diamine oxidase(DAO) and intraoperative intestinal cleanliness, postoperative complications. Results:EN group postoperative plasma levels of total protein and prealbumin, albumin, transferrin and total lymphocyte count were significantly higher than those of the control group and plasma D-LAC,DAO, abdominal infection, and wound infection incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, there is no significant differences in intestinal cleanliness and anastomotic leakage(P>0.05).Conclusions:Nutritional risk of elderly rectal cancer patients with preoperative enteral nutrition support therapy can significantly improve the nutritional status, immunity and reduce the postoperative complications. |
