Objective:In a meta-analysis to systematically evaluate the related factors of in-stent restenosis after coronary stent implantation, and provide scientific basis for clinical. Methods:Gathered all of the case-control studies about in-stent restenosis which were published in Pubmed, Medline, CNKI, EMbase, Cochrane from the date of their establishment to November 2015. And we also searched manually related literature which were published in the “Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology”,“ Chinese Journal of Clinicians” and other medical journal, languages only English and Chinese. Collect all case-control study about correlation factors of in-stent restenosis after coronary stent implantation. By carefully reading and screening, we ultimately determine the 15 included case-control study and do data extraction of selected literature. We Studied on the related factors include gender, age, smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, total cholesterol(TC),total glyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), total bilirubin(TBi L). We used Rev Man5.3 software to calculate OR values or MD values,95%CI and P values. Results:A total of 4760 patients underwent coronary stent implantation for the treatment, and coronary angiography in the follow-up of 14 months. ISR on the relevant factors of OR value or MD, 95%CI, P values are as follows. Gender: [OR=1.13, 95%CI(0.84,1.52), P=0.42]. Age: [MD=0.86,95%CI(0.11, 1.62), P=0.03]. Smoking history:[OR=1.40, 95%CI(1.07,1.84), P=0.01]. History of hypertension: [OR=1.24,95%CI(1.07, 1.44), P=0.004]. History of diabetes: [OR=1.62, 95%CI(1.38, 1.90),P<0.00001]. High-TC: [MD=0.22, 95%CI(0.04, 0.40), P=0.02]. High-TG:[MD=-0.05, 95%CI(-0.17, 0.07), P=0.43]. High-LDL-C: [MD=0.39, 95%CI(0.21,0.58), P<0.0001]. Low-TBi L: [MD=-1.57, 95%CI(-2.16,-0.98), P<0.00001].Conclusion:The risk factors of ISR are age, smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, High-TC, High-LDL-C and Low-TBi L.
