Objective:Although the angiographic rates of in-stent restenosis have reduced dramatically with the introduction of drug-eluting stents, however in-stent restenosis remains a neglect clinical problem. Here,we sought to analyze the clinical related factors of in-stent restenosis(ISR)in patients with coronary heart disease after drug-eluting stent implantation and provide basis for the prevention and treatment of restenosis in the stent both in theory and practice. Methods:We collected 218 cases of coronary heart disease who were successfully implanted with drug-eluting stents and followed up with coronary angiography from September 2015 to February 2018 in the Department of Cardiology,Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.According to the results of follow-up coronary angiography, they were divided into two groups, namely the in-stent restenosis group(16 cases)and the non-stent restenosis group(202 cases).Related data of the two groups were collected and analyzed, including general characteristics, clinical biochemical indicators and coronary angiography results.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 21.0.Count data were expressed as a percentage(%)and analyzed by chi-square test(P<0.05).Measurement data was expressed iną_?and analyzed by t test(P<0.05).Univariate analysis was used to analyze the effects of variables on the in-stent restenosis.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the independent factors affecting restenosis in the stent. Results:?Diabetes mellitus, high sensitivity C-reactive Protein, uric acid, total bilirubin and stent length were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).?The univariate analysis showed that diabetes mellitus, high sensitivity C-reactive Protein, uric acid, total bilirubin and stent length were independently correlated with drug-eluting stent restenosis, and statistically significant(P<0.05).?The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus(OR=2.416,95%CI 1.082-4.615),uric acid(OR=8.406,95%CI 4.153-17.026)and stent length(OR=1.085,95%CI 1.035-1.147)increased the risk of coronary artery drug-eluting stent restenosis. On the contrary, total bilirubin(OR=0.792,95%CI0.781-0.913)which remained at a higher level could reduce the risk of coronary artery drug-eluting stent restenosis. Conclusion:?The diabetes mellitus, uric acid, stent length were significant predictors for coronary artery drug-eluting stent restenosis;?The total bilirubin was found to be a protective factor for coronary artery in stent restenosis. To a certain extent, the incidence of ISR decreased with the increase of serum total bilirubin level.
