Objective:To analysis the correlation among non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,GRACE score and coronary artery stenosis in patients with ACS.Methods:221 cases with ACS(70with UA, 151 with AMI) were collected during the period from January 2014 to December 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, selected 70 cases without coronary stenosis as control group. All patients accepted blood lipid test, non-HDL-C=TC-HDL-C. We collected their clinical data including age, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac arrest at admission, serum creatinine, killip level, ST-segment deviation and cardiac markers. We calculated their GRACE score and divided into 3 groups: low risk group(≤109), intermediate risk group(110 to 139) and high risk group(≥140). All patients underwent coronary angiography. Gensini score was used to define the severity of coronary artery stenosis,we calculated their Gensini score and divided into 3 groups: <35 for the mild group,35 to 72 for moderate group and >72 for severe group. According to the number of lesion vessels,we divided into three group: single-, double- and triple-vessel disease group. Analysis the correlation among non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,GRACE score and severity of coronary artery stenosis in each group.Result : 1. The nonHDL-C in ACS group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05), the nonHDL-C in AMI group was higher than that in UA group(P<0.05);The nonHDL-C in severe group(Gensini score) was higher than that in moderate group(P<0.05) and mild group(P<0.05), there was no statistical difference between moderate group and mild group(P>0.05); The nonHDL-C in triple-vessel disease group was higher than that in double-(P<0.05) and single-vessel disease group(P<0.05), there was no statistical difference between double- and single-vesseldisease group(P>0.05).2.The Gensini score in high risk group( GRACE score) was higher than that in intermediate risk group(P<0.05) and low risk group(P<0.05), the Gensini score in intermediate risk group was higher than that in low risk group(P<0.05).3.The non-HDL-C was positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.296, p<0.05), the GRACE score was positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.407, P<0.001).Conclusion:1. The non-HDL-C is an important risk factor of ACS and positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery lesion.2. The GRACE score is positively correlated with Gensini score, and can be used to estimate the severity of coronary artery stenosis for patients with ACS.
