| Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the detection of triglyceride/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(TG/HDL-C)levels on acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and the severity of coronary lesions. Methods: 220 patients diagnosed as ACS after coronary angiography(CAG)in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital were selected as research objects and further divided into acute myocardial infarction group(AMI,n=120)and unstable angina group(UA,n=100),and 250 patients with negative coronary angiography in the same period were selected as control group.Clinical and laboratory data of all subjects were collected after informed consent.ACS patients were divided into low group(≤27points,n=71),medium group(27-60 points,n=82)and high group(>60 points,n=67)according to the Gensini score.Based on coronary angiography,ACS patients were divided into a single branch group(n=26),a double branch group(n=39)and a multi-branch group(n=155)according to the number of affected coronary arteries in ACS patients.Statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Results: TG/HDL-C ratio was statistically significant among the three groups(P<0.05).In the three groups based on Gensini group,The TG/HDL-C ratio of low Gensini group, medium Gensini group and high Gensini group(1.86[1.11,2.73] vs.1.85[1.33,2.85] vs.2.27[1.48,3.22],P<0.05)was statistically significant.Among the three groups based on the number of coronary artery lesions, the ratio of TG/HDL-C in the single, double and multi-branch groups(2.04[1.08,2.71] vs.1.67[1.09,2.56] vs.2.05[1.37,3.00],P<0.001)was statistically significant.logistic regression analysis showed that,TG/HDL-C(OR 0.719,95%CI0.610-0.847,P<0.01)was an independent influencing factor for ACS.The cut-off value of TG/HDL-C ratio for the diagnosis of ACS was 1.446,the sensitivity was 0,704,and the specificity was 0,609.The area under curve(AUC)was 0.672(95%CI0.619-0.725,P<0.001),and SPearman correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between TG/HDL-C and Gensini score(r=0.122,P<0.05).Conclusions: The ratio of TG/HDL-C in patients with ACS was significantly higher than that in patients with normal coronary angiography, and the ratio of TG/HDL-C in AMI group was higher than that in UA group.TG/HDL-C is an independent influencing factor of ACS,which is of certain value for the diagnosis of ACS.The ratio of TG/HDL-C in ACS patients is positively correlated with Gensini score, which can indirectly reflect the severity of coronary artery lesions. |
