Research On The Relation Of Restenosis After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention And The Pathogenesis Of Qi Deficiency To Blood Stasis

Objectives To explore the dependency of Restenosis after coronary stent and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and the action mechanism of Yiqihuayu capsules on Restenosis after coronary stent through the observation the index variation of hs-CRP and CD62 P. To provide rhubarb clinical pharmacy guidelines on prevention and treatment of Restenosis after coronary stent.Methods Seventy patients selected up to the standard who were successfully accepted percutaneous transluminary coronary angioplasty and coronary stent in cardiovascular department in Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine(2014.5-2015.10) have been randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Treatment group(35 patients) took Yiqihuayu capsules developed by Office of Pharmacy four capsules three times a day. The capsules conclude Astragalus 60 g, radix pseudostellariae 30 g, ligusticum wallichii 15 g, lumbricus 15 g, caulis spatholobi 30 g, radix paeoniae rubra 15 g. The control group took placebo capsules which had similar aspect and size with Yiqihuayu capsules, the dose was the same as above. The two groups both took aspirin, clopidogre low, molecular, heparinisosorbide mononitrate. To observe the index before and after treatment: stenosis degree in coronary angiography, the contents of plasma levels detected by hs-CRP and CD62 P, Chinese medicine qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome integral evaluation, safety observation index: blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function have taken a test each one time before and after experiemented. The statics have been analyzed after treatment.Results 1 The comparison of curative effect traditional chinese medicine syndrome of two groups of patients before and after the treatment: Chinese medicine symptom integral values of the treatment group and the control group declines significantly, the index has evident difference which is statistically significant(P<0.05). The result reflects that chinese medicine syndrome integral values of two groups after treatment have been reduced. The syndrome integral values of traditional chinese medicine of two groups of patients before and after the treatment has evident difference, this reflects that the treatment group perform better than the control group in improvement of chinese medicine syndrome integral values. 2 The level of hs-CRP and CD62 P of treatment has evident declination than the control group. 3 The probability of risk for Restenosis in treatment group is much lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yiqihuayu capsules has obvious effect in the treatment of restenosis after coronary stent qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and has the effect that reduces the hs-CRP, CD62 P. At the same time it confirmed that the restenosis after coronary stent is associated with debility blood stasis of TCM pathogenesis, Qi blood Chinese traditional medicine could be effective in preventing and treating of restenosis after coronary stent.
