Migrant Workers In Shanxi Province Coal Mines Occupational Health Knowledge, Behavior Analysis

Migrant workers is the period of social transition in our country is relatively special social labor group, according to the all-china federation of trade unions in 2014,the number of migrant workers is now up to 267 million, and the distribution in different industries, different degree of exposure to a variety of occupational hazards,among them,the coal industry had acquired many rural labor force,become the most serious occupational disease hazards.coal mine the occurrence of occupational diseases and occupational health knowledge, occupational health behavior of migrant workers are closely related, master of occupational health knowledge is the precondition that the change of occupational health behavior, the correct reasonable occupational health behavior of the group of occupational disease prevention and control work has a direct impact. In this paper, the 792 migrant workers 30 coal mining enterprises in shanxi Province were investigated. The purpose is to study the coal mining enterprises in shanxi Province, migrant workers occupational health knowledge, behavior status, influencing factors and the relationship between each other,to reduce the migrant workers provide a scientific basis for occupational hazards.By cluster random sampling method and the self-designed questionnaire, a cross-sectional survey method, combining qualitative and quantitative method, according to the proportion randomly selected 30 coal mining enterprises, different sizes of shanxi province to take to visit of the migrant workers of the investigation of coal mining enterprises. With Epidata software for data entry and processing and using SPSS17.0 descriptive analysis, single factor variance analysis, Logistic regression analysis, correlation analysis, and itself for reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis, analysis of shanxi coal mining enterprises to migrant workers occupational health cognition and behavior status, influence factors and the relationship between each other. Shaanxi Province coal mine migrant workers come to different sociological characteristics of the population were statistically significant, based on one-way ANOVA different ages, different types, different work experience, different educational levels of migrant workers coal mine occupational health knowledge, behavior analysis significant differences further Logistic regression analysis showed that age, work experience, education level has a significant effect on migrant workers occupational health knowledge, behavior, and types of its impact is not significant. Correlation analysis showed that migrant workers occupational health occupational health knowledge and behavior of the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.339, was positively correlated. And for the questionnaire itself questionnaire reliability and validity analysis test to verify the results of the questionnaire in line with the general measure of reliability and validity requirements. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, we put forward specific countermeasures from the government, business(mainly coal miners coal mine managers and the company’s own), scientific research and so on.
