PARTâ… THE STUDY ON THE DIFFERENT PROPORTIONS OF BAIHEZHIMUTANG1.EFFECT OF BHZMT ON THE SHEN YIN XU-TYPE CS RATObjective:To study the influence of BHZMT on Symptom、sexual hormone、sexual organ in ShenXu-type ovariectomized rats.Method:We use 3-month years old femal SD rats which were ovariectomized,and divide randomly into 6 groups: Control,BHZMTⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ⅣGroups,then set another normal group.The rats are induced to ShenYinXu-type by using TX,and ig BHZMT for 4 weeks.We measure the rats’ weight and temperature every week,drinking and eating every day in order to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of BHZMT on ShenYinXu-type ovariectomized rats;We determine the level of LH、FSH、E₂ in serum and calculate the index of uterus to observe the effect of BHZMT on sexual hormone and sexual organ in ShenYinXu-type ovariectomized rats.Result:BHZMT can reduce drinking,eating,temperature,the level of LH、FSH in serum;increase weight and the level of E₂ in serum on ShenYinXu rats,specily BHZMTâ… Group has significant difference.Conelusion:BHZMT is able to mitigate the symptoms of ShenYinXu-type ovariectomized rats induced by TX.and BHZMTâ… Group better than other groups.2.EFFECT OF BHZMT ON JUVENILE STAGE RATS Objective:To study the influence of different proportions of BHZMT on sexual organ in juvenile stage rats.Method:We use juvenile stage rats which were divide randomly into 5 groups:estrogen,BHZMTⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ⅣGroups,and set another normal group.Then ig BHZMT and water for 10 days.Weighing the weight of ovary、uterus.Result:BHZMT can increase the weight of ovary and uterus and BHZMTâ… Group better than other groups.Conelusion:BHZMT has estrogen-like effects. We measure the rats’ weight and temperature every week,drinking and eating every day in order to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of BHZMT on ShenYinXu-type ovariectomized rats;We determine the level of LH、FSH、E₂ in serum and calculate the index of uterus to observe the effect of BHZMT on sexual hormone and sexual organ in ShenYinXu-type ovariectomized rats and determine the level of NE,DA and 5-HT in hypothalamus by using HPLC with electrochemical detection.Result:Compared with the control group,the increase of weight、drinking、eating and temperature were higher significantly with ovariectomized rats,BHZMT can decrease eating and drinking,reduce temperature and weight,specily Sapomins and Flavone Groups have significant difference; BHZMT can reduce the level of LH、FSH in serum;increase the level of E₂ in serum on ShenYinXu rats,Sapomins and Flavone Groups have significant difference;When compared to normal group,the level of NE declined,and the level of DA and 5-HT increased significantly in ovariectomized rats,BHZMT can increase the level of NE and decrease the level of DA and 5-HT,and Sapomins and Flavone Groups have significant difference.Conclusion:BHZMT is able to mitigate the symptoms of ShenYinXu-type climacteric syndrome rats,and Sapomins and Flavone Groups have significant difference.2.EFFECT OF BHZMT ON JUVENILE STAGE RATSObjective:To study the influence of different proportions of BHZMT on sexual organ in juvenile stage rats.Method:We use juvenile stage rats which were divide randomly into 14 groups:GNA,Estrogen,Organic acid,Alkaloid,Sapomins,Flavone,Liquid, Polyda ccharid,then set another normal group.Then ig BHZMT and water for 10 days.
