Wang An-shi’s philosophy of the scope of the "Tao" is born to seek a more profoundphilosophical argument for the construction of Confucian political system. Wang An-shi in thedraw on the basis of two traditional thoughts of Confucianism and Taoism, proposed themethodological basis, that is blend of the two and integration between Confucianism andTaoism, it not only affirmed the Heaven inaction concept of Taoist, but also inherited thehumanity for theory of Confucian, and the two integration things complement each other inthe build process, and integral part of both sides to reach Heaven and humanity, the dialecticalunity of inaction and for the formation of his unique Confucianism, Taoism and Chiefcomprehensive view of heaven, movement, history, humanitarianism philosophy theory.Meanwhile, he pay attention to seeking theoretical basis from the Confucian classics which isneeded for the country and the world, and in order to guide and transform the reality ofpolitical and achieve changes in the social system, to establish the Confucian ideal of socialand political order in reality.
