Although Chinese and Uyghur belong to two different languages, Chinesebelong to the Sino-Tibetan language family, Uyghur belongs Altaic, but with therapid social and technological development, the two languages are constantlygenerated and used neologism. The neologism varied, produce a wide range of ways,greatly enriched the vocabulary, and enhance the expressiveness of the language.However, the use of some words very irregular, not only vulgar low, and often leadsto problems of language communication. Therefore, the understanding of theChinese Uyghur neologism produce a correct understanding of their role in linguisticcommunication, and these same points neologism morphological types anddifferences were analyzed and summarized, for learners better learning twolanguages and two languages teaching role in promoting, improving the efficiency oflearning and teaching, but also found some problems Uyghur neologism in thedevelopment of existing, to find a solution, which is standardized vocabulary work isvery powerful, but also for the development of linguistics and comparativelinguistics to make theoretical contributions.
