| Research purpose: To design a set of suitable humor intervention course forcollege freshmen at the modern period, on this basis, expanding the study of humorintervention courses to influence the sense of happiness for college freshmen.Research method: With the design of before and after measurement in differentgroups, the study takes the object of103college students (29boys and74girls,average age is M=18.500.61) in UIC and divides them into experimental and controlgroups. The experimental group received8times, every time is90mins, a total of12hours of experimental treatment, while the control group received no treatment.According to the divergence of the pretest and the posttest in the “College freshmenmulti-level sense of humor questionnaire†and “Chinese citizens comprehensive senseof well-being†and the follow-up groups two months after the end of test scores tomeasure the dependent variable experimental results, combined with group recording,group effect satisfaction data, meanwhile, applying SPSS17.0to analysis the datawhich are from two questionnaires to supple the experimental results.Research results:1. Before intervention, experimental group and control grouphave not a significant different in the sense of humor.2. Before intervention, theexperimental group and control group have a significant different in the level ofSubjective well-being.3. Before intervention, there is no significant between the twogroups in the level of metal well-being and the real well-being.4. After theintervention, comparing the before and after test in the sense of humor andthought the contrastive analysis of the subjective well-being found that theexperimental group significantly improved by the courses of humor therapy.5. Thereis no significant change in the level of the sense of humor and the sense of well-beingat the same time.6. After the intervention, the level of subjective well-being isimproved significantly in the experiment group. From the analysis, we could foundthe members of experiment group are more adept at using the positive and effectiveway.Research conclusion: The level of subjective of well-being in college freshmencan be improved with humor intervention courses. |
