With the development of market reform and gradually picking up speed ofeconomic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition. Inorder to make progress in the competition and improve competitiveness,Enterprisesmust reduce the cost of human resources. As a new employment model, businessesprefer adopting dispatch to the traditional, then labor dispatch system developed. InChina, dispatch appeared so late, but its development speed is rapid.Theimplementation of the dispatch system brings new changes to the existing humanresources management. In order to adapt to the new situations and changes in theeconomic market, the system of human resource management must make theappropriate changes, which is advantage to the future development of enterprises in thenew situation. Meanwhile, as for dispatched workers, the labor dispatch system cannot only provide employment to low-end employment population, but also satisfy thespecial needs of high-end employment population.At present, China’s employment problem is more and more serious. In order toconstruct a harmonious society, it is considered urgent to try our best to expandemployment, improve livelihood and resolve outstanding issues related to the vitalinterests of the masses. After all, the employment patterns is changing,so labordispatch is a new way to solve the employment problem in present China,especially formigrant workers and laid-off workers.However, as a new object, labor dispatch alsoencountered some problems in practice. For example,dispatched workers’ legitimaterights and interests of damage is widespread. Therefore, this paper attempts to probeinto the ethical flaw of dispatch system.On the basis of the theory of dispatch systemand Chinese ethical issues analysis, this article attempts to probe into the ethicalprinciples and approaches, which is the key to improving our dispatch system.This article is divided into four chapters:The first chapter describes the status, purpose,innovation ideas of the dispatchsystem and the summary of research status at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly discusses the emergence and development of labordispatch system, then analyzes the feasibility of the dispatch in labor market, therelevant legislation and the status and chaos of Chinese dispatch.The third chapter identifies the ethical problem in the dispatch system. The fourth chapter is the ethical considerations of labor dispatch system.Combined with the Chapter III Analysis related to the ethical problems, this articleattempts to identify ethical principles that can be used to improve our dispatch systemon condition of principle of fairness, fundamentals of labor cost, the principle of equalopportunities,and summaries the way to improving Chinese dispatch system from theperspective of ethics.
