Research Higher Vocational School Art Professional Training Mode

With the rapid development of Arts and culture industry, society for art majors has asubstantial increase in demand. In the context of university enrollment expansion, the highervacational education in art speciality also obtained a rapid development. Higher vocationalcolleges achieved good teaching effects through the introduction of the teaching idea and theexperience at home and abroad as well as teaching reform. But from overall aspect, artisticgraduates from the higher vocational colleges are not good enough to meet the social demand,and they need to improve their quality of talent.This study is based on the optimization course to improve the art professional quality, andmake reserch of curriculum model. Firstly, through the domestic and foreign literature, the paperdefines the related concepts. Secondly, from similar studies at home and abroad, the paperstudies on dynamic and learns advanced experience, which lays the foundation for the research.Taking Liaoning Fine Arts Career Academy as the mode of training art talents presentcasesinvestigation, the reserch finds that the training target and professional settings are unreasonable;unscientific curriculum settings are out of line with market demand and the concepts ofemployment are narrow etc.. From defining the vocational colleges, training targets of the artspecialized talents, clearfying standards in higher vacational education in art speciality,enriching the teaching content and courses’ system, establishing management and evaluationsystem of higher vacational education in art speciality, and improving the teaching methods ofhigher vacational education in art speciality and other aspects of the perfect training, this paperputs forward some suggestion of improving the talent training mode of higher vacationaleducation in art speciality.
