Research On The Training Mode Of Graphic Design Talents In Secondary Vocational Colleges Based On "Craftsman Spirit"

At present,China is facing a severe economic restructuring,and the revitalization of the national manufacturing industry is not only dependent on high-end technical experts,but also the design of professional technical workers in vocational colleges.In the traditional Chinese culture,the spirit of the craftsmen is the pursuit of skillful,refined,and Taoist skills.In the modern society,the craftsman spirit has evolved into a kind of working attitude that pays attention to quality and excellence.The spirit of the craftsman is a kind of professional spirit which needs to be advocated and cultivated urgently.It is very important in the training of the plane design talents in the modern vocational education,and it is also the need to improve the design ability and creativity of the plane design talents.In recent years,driven by a large number of demand for graphic design technical talents in the social employment market,the development scale of graphic design specialty in secondary vocational schools in China is gradually growing.With the rapid development of graphic design specialty in secondary vocational schools,there are practical problems in the aspects of training objectives,teaching plans,teacher structure,classroom teaching and so on.In view of the problems and deficiencies in the current development of graphic design major in secondary vocational schools,how to improve the professional training mode and improve the quality of personnel training is an urgent problem to be solved.The most effective way to improve the quality and solve the talent shortage of graphic design major in secondary vocational colleges is to carry out the training mode of graphic design major based on the work concept of "focus on the spirit of craftsman",the work attitude of "keep improving the spirit of craftsman" and the work requirements of "originality of craftsman spirit" Path.This paper collects and sorts out the representative training mode of the first-class graphic design major in China through literature search on the Internet,and conducts field investigation and questionnaire survey on the teachers and students of graphic design major in vocational schools in southern Henan Province.It takes the graphic design major of Zhumadian Technical College as the experimental object to carry out people based on "craftsman spirit" The experimental training research of talent training mode has obtained a lot of experimental data and research results,which provides a strong data support and research proof for the research and development of graphic design talent training mode based on "craftsman spirit" in secondary vocational colleges.This paper expounds the feasibility and necessity of carrying out the talent training mode based on "craftsman spirit" in graphic design specialty,and fully demonstrates the advantages and characteristics of carrying out the talent training mode based on "craftsman spirit" in Zhumadian technical college.After analyzing the current situation of graphic design personnel training mode in secondary vocational colleges,based on the field survey,questionnaire survey and experimental results,this paper puts forward a constructive and feasible guidance scheme for the problems and shortcomings of the current graphic design personnel training mode in secondary vocational colleges.
