With the innovation and opening policy,the higher-vocational education has been improved quickly in our country. While expending their scale, the higher vocational colleges have gained much more improvement in research and explore of the ideals of education, the mode of runing school and the mode of person's cultivation. With the development of the higher vocational education, we gradually know that it mostly determind by the cooperativity between the effect of person's cultivation and the needs of market whether the higher vocational education can be developing. However, it can ony be ensured through systematical practical training to get the effect of the person's cultivation. Therefore, while the gigher-vocational course innovation be taken, no any higher-vocational college doesn't manage to develop its practial training made.The research of engineering practical tang beeing improved, liberal arts practical training in higher-vocational education are difficult to get any more effect. It is difficult ot develop practical training course, to build practical training bases and to carry out the practical training management for varies reasons. Therefore, the practical training content can not be fulfilled in plan. Presently, the practical training mode of Business English is drop behind the demand of entering WTO, and it must take innovation to improve the practical training mode for Business English major in higher-vocational college.The practical training mode of Business Project and Proposal Design for Major of Business English in higher-vocational college is a new mode which contains Vocational Competency Systematized Curriculum, together with the practical training system of project identification, project analysis, project design, project management and control. Carrying out for more than 3 years in our college, it has gained much effect and deal with many previous problem and difficulties, therefore, every of us should make great effort to develop and improve this practical training mode.
