Study On Constraints And Strategy Of The Development Of Jiangxi Cultural Industry

In the context of economic globalization, the cultural industry developed rapid.The role of the cultural industry competitiveness are becoming more and moreprominent position in the evaluation of overall national competitiveness, and culturalindustry are gradually becoming an important mark for the measuring a country’scomprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. The culturalindustry has become a pillar industry in the entire national economy. Compared todeveloped areas of cultural industries, the cultural industries development in JiangxiProvince is relatively backward. Rresearching the limitation of cultural industrydevelopment in Jiangxi Province and providing a reasonable advises to the JiangxiProvince could optimize the industrial structure, enhance the cultural industry inJiangxi competitiveness, and provide the basis and reference for the study of China’scultural industry development in the specific region, as well as be with importantsignificance.We analyzed this study based on the technical route, that is’Issues-Theory-Empirical Analysis–Strategies’. We firstly analyzed the status of cultural industriesin Jiangxi Province, and did a comparative study. Then we provided the suggestionsto speed up the development of cultural industries in Jiangxi. In this paper, thestructure is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction; The secondchapter is an overview of cultural industries; The third chapter is the state of Jiangxicultural industry; The fourth chapter is the evaluation and analysis of the culturalindustry in Jiangxi; The fifth Chapter is the suggestions for accelerating thedevelopment of the cultural industry in Jiangxi; The sixth chapter is the conclusionand outlook.Based on the theory of mature development of cultural industries, we reviewedthe concept, characteristics and classification of cultural industries. We analyzed thecultural industry development history, current situation, constraints of JiangxiProvince in detail compared with other provinces. Five different aspects wereanalyzed, containing cultural resources, cultural investment, human capital, cultural output and economic output. For solving the problems of cultural industry in Jiangxi,such as, unsound industrial structure, poor innovation ability, talent shortage, the lackof perfect cultural industry management system, the backward of the cultural industrypolicies and regulations, the lack of government support and the limited spendingpower of people, We finally suggested enhancing the development of culturalindustries in Jiangxi based on seven aspects.
