Cultural and creative industries, rising from the end of the last century indeveloped countries, have grown rapidly worldwide now. Cultural and creativeindustries can not only promote the economic growth of developed countries, but alsocan offer a new way to developing countries in the transformation of economicgrowth mode and fostering new economic growth points.
