The so-called Di Poetry is concluded all the poems with “Di (a Chinese Di madeof bamboo)” in the title and content. When the poems mention about “Di”, it not onlytalks about the instrument, but also contains some deep spiritual significances.Di, as a very important part of spiritual enjoyment of Tangs, is j-ust like a window forus, through which we can see the music culture condition and spiritual life of Tangs and appreciate Tangs’ insight, attitude and praise on the art of living, their treasure for friendship, their yearning for the natural simplicity of life and the fight to the fate of destruction.This sort of poem adds up to four hundred and thirty. The introduce part organizesome information, which are relative of writers’ creation and make effort to innovateon the basic of predecessors’ researches. In this four chapters, the paper analysis theindividual impact of the Di in poem carefully.The history background of Di Poem and its close relationship with musical cultureand other poetry subjects are discussed in the first chapter.Falling into three parts, the second chapter focuses on the various images of Di. Thefirst part states the relationship between the people and music instrument that contactwith Di and its thought connotation. The second part describes the history of Di. Itresearches related illusion and the attempts to use the illusion such as missing friendsand frustrating of life. The third part discussed Di poem that describe musicalactivities, through which analysis lifestyle and entertainment of scholar officials.The third chapter is basic on the voice of “Di” in poems. By analysis thesedescription of flute voice in detail, the writer confirms that it arousing reader’semotion, meanwhile, it transfers common emotion of human such as poets’feelings oflovesickness, lonely depress, concerns about society and conceptions of hometown.The forth chapter analyzes cultural connotation of some famous songs thatmentioned in Di Poetry. Some popular songs such as“MeihuaLuo”,”ZheYangliu”,”GuanshanYue” and”Xing lu Nan” are often bedescribed in parts of the flute poems in Tang Dynasty, no matter it was puttedindirectly, directly or virtually, it does express poets’ specific emotion. Forinstance,”MeihuaLuo” is about exile pain,“GuanshanYue” homesickness anddeparting sorrows,“Xing Lu Nan” puzzle and “ZheYangliu” parting sorrows. All in all, from a rich sense of Di Poetry in Tang Dynasty, we see the emotionalworld of poets, cultural and spiritual life of Tangs as well civilization and progress ofthe whole society.
