The cultural industries are developing rapidly in recent ten years. They improvethe quality of economic greatly, and take an active part in further optimizing theeconomic structures as well. The cultural power of China is effectively promoted.And China’s economic, politics, society, and culture have been developed vigorouslyto be in one. Then it develops harmonious, scientific and inclusive, and becomes astrategic industry with national development.With the reality background, this article advances a basic concept of cultureindustries, and analyses the developing process and status of culture industry last fiveyears. After analyzing the functions deviation and performance of government indeveloping process of culture industries, there are some analyses on the effects of thegovernments of some nations and areas, such as the United States, United Kingdom,Korea, and Taipei in Taiwan.
