The Analysis Of Mistakes Done By Russian Students In Writing Chinese Characters

For Russian students, one of the most difficult moments in learning Chinese is the Chinese characters learning. Because there are many similar character strokes and components, that’s why Russian students often make character mistakes.This report consists of three chapters, the first chapter researches Russia’s domestic character teaching situation, including the teaching of Chinese characters in Kuban State University and other high schools. In addition, the chapter describes some Chinese textbooks, published in Russia, including specialized characters textbooks and comprehensive textbooks. During the internship at Kuban State University, author collected the oral dictation papers and student homework papers, selected Russian student essays from the HSK language mistakes collection. According to the International Chinese Language Proficiency Scales, we divided students into three levels:elementary, intermediate and high, and analyzed each level separately. The third chapter includes recommendations about how to improve the efficiency of characters teaching.
