Therefore, he was selected as one of the top ten poets in Taiwan for three times. However, due to various reasons, Shang Qin’s awareness is not high on the mainland. Discussing and making a comprehensive presentation of his aesthetics of poetry to cherish the memory of this passed-away, low-key but full of talented poets are the motivation of my essay. This paper will use the text analysis, data analysis lists, charts analysis and comparative literature, rhetoric, Chinese classical literary criticism approach to the study of poetry aesthetic. The full text is addressed from three aspects which includes aesthetic confessions, aesthetic of prose poetry and imagery aesthetics. Here are the conclusions: Shang Qin’s aesthetic confession can be summarized as conducting "more realistic" content with "surreal" coat, that is, by means of forms and methods of surrealism to the performance of the poet’s various views of society and life. On the creation of prose poetry, the aesthetical specialities are fiction intentions, theater performance and startling effects. And the aesthetic practices are the mixture of virtual and real, time and space staggers, feeling and situation reversals. In the shape of imagery, using a large group of specific images to represent abstract meaning like war and peace, freedom and flee, homeland and foreign land.
