Objective1. To explore the social psychological factors of social anxiety disorder;2. To discover the effects of self-confidence group psychological intervention in improving the social anxiety disorder.Object120patients with social anxiety disorder and120normal controls, patients with SAD all came from the outpatients of the first affiliated hospital of Shanxi Medical University and the armed police hospital of Shan Xi province. With random permutation table method, they were randomly divided into self-confidence psychological treatment group (study group) and case control group (control group).All normal controls recruited from both schools and hospitals, The average age was22.60±3.24(Min=18, Max=29).MethodCollect120patients with social anxiety disorder and120normal controls. Eight scales were assessed to discuss what were the social psychological factors of social anxiety disorder, including three symptoms scales:social avoidance and distress scale (SAD), social anxiety scale, self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) and five social psychology scales:self-esteem scale (SES), trust scale, simple coping style questionnaire, social support rating scale, fear of negative evaluation questionnaire (FNE).Select80SAD patients and divided them randomly into research group and control group.40cases each group. The research group were given self-confidence group psychological treatment, twice a week for five weeks, a total of ten times; Cases in the control group take no treatment. Before treatment, treatment for3months,treatment for6months the eight scales were assessed to discuss the effect of self-confidence group psychological intervention in improving the social anxiety disorder.Results1. Patients with Social Anxiety Disorder effects of social and psychological factors(1) t test results:The results showed that in social anxiety symptoms,SAD patients have significant difference compared with healthy persons. At the same time, patients with social anxiety have the low level of self-respect, trust and positive coping as well as the low degree of social support. The fear level in patients with social anxiety is significantly higher than the healthy ones.(2) Correlation analysis results:Social anxiety scores are significantly related to various psychological factors:The level of self-esteem, trust, and positive coping have significantly negative correlation with social anxiety. The fear of negative and positively correlate with social anxiety significantly. Objective support, subjective support and the use of social support are also related with social anxiety significantly.(3) Multivariable logistic regression results:gender.family upbringing style,self-esteem,afraid of negative, dependence and subjective support are the main influence factors of social anxiety.2. Repeated measurement results show that After intervention for3months and6months, they all improved significantly in the research group compared with the control group including the aspects of social anxiety symptoms, self-esteem, confidence and fear of negative.Conclusion1. Social anxiety is the outcome of many kinds of social psychological factors. Its prevention and treatment need to establish a complete system of psychological intervention and combine with a variety of means of intervention.2. Self-confidence group psychological intervention in patients with social anxiety can increase the level of self-esteem and confidence, improve the fear of negative feelings and adjust the attribution and social interactions style to improve the effect of social anxiety. Self-confidence group psychological intervention have obvious effect to improve the social anxiety symptoms and related problems in SAD patients.
