With the continuous development of the society, people are facing increasing psychologicalpressure. College students are one of the most active and energetic groups in society.College lifeis essential to their development.Young students will meet with many psychological problems incollege.The important one of which is social anxiety.There are two basic goals in this study: one is developing applicable expressive-art-orientatedtherapy and dance treatment for college students; the other is validating the effectiveness ofexpressive-art-orientated therapy and dance treatment, which could help college freshmen solvesocial anxiety problems and help themselves self-growth. In this study, dance treatment wererecruited to design intervention solutions for30college freshmen of psychological problems, whogained abnormal scores in IAS scale. Those students were randomly allocated to2groups:theintervention group and the control group. The intervention group accepted dance treatment for4weeks;while the control group did not accept any treatments. At the end of the semester, IAS scalewas recruited for psychological assessment of those30college students. The result shows thatdancing psychological group guidance had certain effects on the improvement of social anxiety forcollege students. Finally, they feel their family relationship are also important elements.But theyact as students’ leader,students’sex major origin and whether he or her is only one child have noinfluency on their social anxiety and self consistency and congruence....
