The Study Of JS Bach Partita No.6,BWV830

One of the most influential composer in the half18th century-Johann Sebastian Bach. He has composed an amount of keyboard suites in his career life with the trend of his time. The Partita Ⅵ BWV830, under the baptism of6English Suites and6French Suites, became the last, large scale keyboard suite in late Baroque era. Not only it presented the concise style of composing but also presented the peak of musical style and technique.This thesis has six chapters, narrating the musical background, characteristics, form and style of JS Bach and exploring the development, structure of Suite. Later the analysis and structure and the style of each movements of Partita Ⅵ BWV830will be discussed. I expected to have a greater understanding of the marrow of JS Bach’s music through the studying of Partita Ⅵ BWV830.
