Research On The Transformation Mechanism From Cultural Resources To Cultural Industries

In recent years,with China's cultural industry moving towards high-quality development,the importance of cultural resources in the development of cultural industry has become increasingly prominent.The research on the transformation of cultural resources to cultural industry and its industrial development and utilization has increasingly become an important direction in the field of cultural industry research.This study starts from the phenomenon that the cultural industry in the areas rich in cultural resources does not develop well.The logical main line of this study is to empirically test the transformation mechanism from cultural resources to cultural industries.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and on this basis puts forward the theoretical model and research framework of the transformation of cultural resources to cultural industries.Secondly,it analyses the impact of cultural resources on cultural industries and the transformation mechanism from cultural resources to cultural industries by using the theory of creative economy and value chain of cultural industries for reference.Thirdly,using factor analysis and panel data econometric regression methods,the transformation mechanism from cultural resources to cultural industries is empirically tested,and the level of cultural resources industry transformation is measured by coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model.Finally,the empirical results are analyzed and discussed,and the corresponding management enlightenment is obtained.This study mainly draws the following three conclusions.Firstly,the influence mechanism of cultural resources on cultural industries reveals the influence and relationship between them.Empirical research shows that comprehensive cultural resources have a positive and significant impact on the cultural industry,and "cultural resources curse" does not exist on the whole.But the influence of different types of cultural resources on cultural industries is different,and the influence of cultural resources endowment on the development level of cultural industries in different regions and cities is also different.Secondly,the mechanism of the transformation from cultural resources into cultural industries reveals the process and operation mechanism of the transformation.The transformation process of cultural resources industries can be divided into three stages: production,commercialization and industrialization,including creativity,production,circulation,consumption and reproduction.Empirical research shows that factors such as industrial agglomeration,urban economic environment and urban policy environment,talent,market demand,creativity have a positive and significant impact on the transformation process from cultural resources to cultural industries.Thirdly,the measurement of the transformation level from cultural resources to cultural industries reveals the degree and level of the transformation of cultural resources to cultural industries,which is embodied by the degree of coupling and coordination.Empirical research shows that there is a middle coupling degree between cultural resources and cultural industries in China at present,but the level of coupling coordination is below the middle level.This shows that there is a strong interaction between them,but the level of coordinated development is not enough,and the level of transformation from cultural resources to cultural industries is not high.The innovations of this study are embodied in four aspects: firstly,the theoretical model of the transformation mechanism from cultural resources into cultural industries is put forward and verified;secondly,the influence mechanism of cultural resources on cultural industries is analyzed and tested,and the applicability of the proposition of "resource curse" in the field of economics is verified in the field of cultural industries;Thirdly,it analyses the operation mechanism of transformation from cultural resources to cultural industries,refines and empirically tests nine key factors: creativity,talent,market demand,industrial agglomeration,urban economic environment,urban policy environment etc.;fourthly,it empirically measures the transformation level from cultural resources to cultural industries.Through the coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model,the paper quantifies the transformation degree from cultural resources to cultural industries.The conclusion of this study has certain enlightenment and academic value,enriches the theoretical research of cultural industry,and hopes to provide reference for the follow-up academic research and enterprise practice.
