Marx and Heidegger, two masters of philosophy, lives in different time, however they set "freedom" as their common concern. Through researching on people’s reflection from different age, they tried to explore an accessible way of gaining freedom to help people in trouble. Based on the different stages of Marx and Heidegger’s thought and work, this thesis research on the theory of Marx’s practice freedom concept and the theory of Heidegger’s survival freedom concept. This paper consists of three parts. The first part of the article is "Build Path of Marx and Heidegger’s freedom concept". Based on rheological time of Marx and Heidegger’s freedom concept, this thesis develops a vertical review. As for the two thinkers all experiences a transmutation in developing the concept of freedom, this thesis presents it in a dynamic process. The second part of the article is "research on Marx’s Practice Freedom and Heidegger’s freedom existential concept". This thesis trying to present the difference between the two concept in four dimensions which are "starting point of freedom","the content of freedom","the achievement of freedom" and "the blueprint of freedom". The third part is "Dialogue and Enlightenment between Marx and Heidegger’s Freedom concept ". This thesis summarizes the similarities and differences between Marx and Heidegger’s concept of freedom, which enlighten us that we need to find a balance relationship between "practice" and " introspection ", and to maintain them dynamic, to engage ourselves in "practice" without forgetting "could in" appropriately at the same time.
