This paper is focus on Shazikou, a harbor which lands on the south coast ofLaoshan Mountain in Tsingtao. This region is a typical case in economic, society andculture. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasty.1861, xianfeng11th of Qing Dynasty,Shazikou branch of Chefoo Customs was set up. The Germany army aggressed theJiaozhou Bay in1898.Shazikou sub-district was set up in1998.This is a managementunit of urban management. The villages in Shazikou of whole Tsingtao turned tocommunities were in2004.In2012, The Political division was adjusted.
