The Buddhist I Ching was wrought by Chih-hsu Ou-i(1599-1655),the last one ofthe Great Four Chinese Buddhist of the Ming dynasty, and during the completion of this book,the country and people was suffering Ming-Qing war,which i think have important influncementabout this book; Come down to the level of Academic and thought, while the Western learningspreading to the East,the Chinese Buddhism had change the Chinese a lot and become theindispensable part of people’s life, and the boundaries between the Confucianism and Buddhisthad been opened, which induce the communication of each other, so it was against thisbackground that massive thoughts of Buddhism appear in the ancient Chinese Classic book,Iching. The importance of this text is not only in Chinese Buddhist History but also in the Historyof I Ching.This paper is wrought in The perspective of Hermeneutics,we believe that The BuddhistI Ching is a book that Ou-i used not only thoughts of Buddhist but also the Confucianism, and theattitude of Ou-i about the assertions of them could not be ignored at the same time. At last, wedid read and analysis the main content and ideas of this, hoping that will be useful about theunderstanding of methodology in this book.
