Late19th and early20th century, with the construction of the Chinese EasternRailway and the Harbin Treaty Ports, Harbin Modern city began to rise. The rise inHarbin city led to the development of modern industry and commerce and moderneducation, which gave birth to the young intellectuals, young students and youngworkers as the main Harbin youth groups. Meanwhile, the Bolshevik Party and theChinese Communist Party and other Marxist Marxism-Leninism and the activedissemination of progressive ideas in Kazakhstan, Harbin youth groups began topromote rapid awakening. Part of the consciousness of the young people began to joinHarbin to strike, strike, rally, march and demonstration as the core of the struggleHarbin early youth movement, had accumulated rich experience in struggle, and got agreat workout, gradually ascended the stage of history, thus the rise and development ofthe youth movement provided Harbin spiritual power, ideological and organizationalbasis.Harbin youth movement embodied the distinctive political implication. Theylaunched a studying Russian campaign to train the Russian personnel; they carried acivilian education campaign to enhance cognitive abilities civilians; they carried out thepopularization of scientific and cultural knowledge campaigns to raise people’s culturalquality in Harbin. They also carried out tourism activities and sports to strong the physical of Harbin youth. In addition, they also launched the Anti-drug and anti-drugmovement, urban sanitation campaign against extravagant movement and women’sliberation movement to purify the society.Harbin youth movement had distinctive characteristics and important role. Uniquegeographical advantage of young people decided Harbin diverse channels ofMarxism-Leninism, and Harbin railway workers were the important participants in theyouth movement. Harbin youth movement both defended the national sovereignty, thedissemination of progressive ideas, but also enhanced the knowledge of youth training,tempered the constitution and would also improve the culture of society. History speaksthat the correct leadership of the Chinese Communist Party will be booming youthmovement. Meanwhile, the history of Harbin youth movement also reveals that it isnecessary to carry out youth movement to hold high the great banner of patriotism, andthe people must adhere to the mass line, it is important to establish and improve youthorganizations under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.
