With the enhancement of the development of social economy, people fitnessawareness and the pursuit of artistic beauty, the society for talents of sports danceprofessional requirements and specifications have undergone tremendous changes,the contradiction between the previous teaching content and social needs of theincreasingly sharp, Henan Province set up the sports dance professional colleges anduniversities teaching syllabus, teaching materials, teaching power and should beadjusted and improved.This study used the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire surveymethod, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, throughthe working condition of the students of sports dance in Colleges and universities inHenan province sports dance professional teaching objectives, syllabus, teachingcontent, teachers, teaching arrangement and has graduated and investigation andanalysis of unit training objectives, teaching materials, understanding the dance sportmajor in Henan Province, the use of employment situation of students, teachers,employer feedback situation in Henan province and offer substantial developmentpresent situation investigation and study of sports dancing in Colleges anduniversities, the social demand for talents and professional sports dance more,embodied in the colleges and universities, primary and secondary school teachers,community sports instructors, enterprises, trade unions, clubs and other employers;professional sports dance in the development of colleges and universities in Henanprovince has great potential; the opening of Dance Sports Professional Colleges anduniversities in Henan province there is no uniform teaching materials and teachingsyllabus, teaching arrangements do not reasonable. Teachers professional teachersless, exercise level is not high, the title structure is low, low educational level,influence the teaching quality. At the same time, some colleges and universitiescourses arrangements less; most of the present sports dance teaching and expand thedifferences between teaching content and the social demand, not in accordance with the social demand oriented arrangement of course content, students need in practicalwork involving fewer conclusion in the teaching content, put forward the lead by theEducation Department, offering the physical dance professional communication incommunication, formulate a unified teaching aim, teaching outline, using the unifiedteaching materials. In the cultivation of professional talents, and strive to achieve thechange from "single" to "multiple goals", improving the quality of talent cultivationin sports dance professional, which can meet the needs of the society; in thetheoretical teaching, appropriate increase can improve students’ comprehensiveprofessional quality theory class, the classroom teaching, group discussion, class inpractice, expert lectures, unified organization to watch the game or video, promotesthe student to the comprehensive knowledge and understanding; in the professionaland technical aspects, adjusting the proportion of dance teaching, increase theproportion of social class more attractive dances; universities should be based on theresources and conditions of our school, increase can improve students thedevelopment of comprehensive qualities of curriculum, such as ballet, hip-hop,artistic gymnastics, aerobics, jazz, can improve the technology of Sports DanceMajors subjects, but also to adapt to the social orientation on demand comprehensivetalents; colleges and universities should be based on their own conditions to introducesome level of higher teacher, for example, get a good grade in the race retired athletes.Or is that a teacher of this school in learning to keep out some technical level is highbut the degree requirements are not up to enter the university teacher preparationteacher and teaching mode and so on hire their own technical level at the same time,to the development of college sports dance in Henan province professional proposedtheoretical significance, to develop this sport for all types of schools at all levels andin terms of curriculum to provide reference in theory.
