With the tendency of globalization, higher and higher frequency of economic contacts and cooperation, business negotiation interpreting plays a more and more important role in business activities and intercultural communication. As a special tool of oral communication, the mission of business interpretation is to connect all the parties possessing different cultural backgrounds and speaking different languages to make the communicative parties do business communication and share their views successfully and smoothly with no linguistic obstacles.During business negotiation interpretation, cultural differences between English and Chinese in oral communication, like different thinking patterns, different ways of addressing and different religions and values, always brings difficult problems to interpreters in practice. It is why this thesis takes the interpreter’s subjectivity consciousness and interpreting strategies in business negotiation interpretation as the studying subject.The thesis primarily consists of six portions. The first part is the introduction, in which the background, motive and significance of this research will be introduced; the second part gives a overview to the business negotiation interpretation and the third part focuses on the role and qualities of business interpreter; the forth part briefly explains the subjectivity consciousness of business interpreter and their positions in business negotiating activities; the fifth part demonstrate the case study of interpreting strategies for interpreters’ subjectivity demonstration in business negotiation interpreting; the last part gives a comprehensive conclusion to the entire thesis.
