The Analysis Of Factors And Measurement On Synergy Degree Of Regional Culture Industry In China

Along with the time of economic globalization, the "regional" level competitionis the embodiment of national competitiveness, the rapid development of regionalcultural industry will play a very important role in the process of promoting regionalcompetitiveness, and between the cultural industries of regio nal coordinateddevelopment will further enhance the regional cultural industry development speed,make it become a new economic growth point in the region as soon as possible. Toachieve this one goal to become pillar industry of national economy, cultura l industry,the key lies in the coordinated development of the regional internal, inter industry.Therefore, studying on the coordinated development of regional culture industry hasimportant theory significance and practical significance.The article based on synergetics theory, utilizing the theory and method ofregional economics, industrial economics, econometrics and so on, the cooperativedevelopment of regional culture industry in China is studied systematically. First, wemeasured the degree of synergy of regional cultural industry of our country. Then, onthe basis of the eight regional panel data, the region culture industry of ourcollaborative development factors has been empirical analysised. The main contentsinclude:Based on the synergetics theory, combined with the regional cultural industry’sown characteristics, constructs the synergetic development of regional cultureindustry evaluation index system, establish the overall coordination degreecalculation model. The calculated results show that the ordering degree difference,eight regional cultural industry subsystem is larger, the coastal areas of the easterncoastal, North and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River order degree level ishigher, and the northwest, northeast two major economic backward area ordered levelis very low, the order degree of regional differences are obvious; the degree ofsynergy of the regional cultural industry in our country is very low, the culturalindustry in our country is still in the initial stage of regional synergetic development.Using the panel data of eight regions in2004to2011, the regional culturalindustry synergetic development factors for empirical research. The empirical resultsshow that, the policy environment, market demand, innovation ability and industryscale factors can promote the synergetic development of regional cultural industry,and the regional economic’s unbalanced development will hinder the regional cultural industry of our collaborative development process.Finally, including promoting the coordinative development of regional cultureindustry policy suggestions for our country, to promote industrial cooperation: theincentive mechanism, perfect coordination mechanism of industrial collaboration,promote industrial collaborative optimization policy, improve the promotion ofIndustrial Synergy condition etc..
