An Empirical Analysis Of The Factors Of Anhui Province And Its Impact On The Efficiency Of Regional Cultural Industry

As a new growth point of the world economy,the cultural industry has been paid more and more attention by the governments of all countries.In the process of China’s economic growth,the cultural industry has played a prominent role.Since 2007,the cultural industry of Anhui province has been developing gradually,from the total output value of the cultural industry and the value added in the rapid rise,the cultural industry has gradually become a pillar industry in Anhui province.However,the efficiency of cultural industry in Anhui Province in the country to be in a low level,the province’s regional cultural industry development is not balanced,industrial efficiency is relatively low and large differences between regions.In the economic downturn of the environment,in response to the national call to accelerate the transformation of economic,Anhui Province as one of the central area of the province of culture,no doubt,to accelerate the development of cultural industry to become the economic growth point of Anhui Province.However,how to improve the efficiency of cultural industry in Anhui province is the most realistic problem of the development of the cultural industry.Through access to a large amount of documents and materials,from Anhui Province Cultural Industry and cultural resources,the overall size and structure were collation and analysis,and the development state ofthe cultural industry in Anhui Province were introduced.In this paper,by using the two stage of the DEA-Tobit model,the paper uses the statistical data from 2010 to 2014 to study the efficiency and influencing factors of the cultural industry in Anhui province.Select from the input and output of 5 corresponding indicators to measure and analyze the Anhui province culture industry,found that the overall level of Anhui Province cultural industry efficiency is low,the differences between regions,and most areas are in the stage of increasing returns to scale,and then from the regional economic development,and cultural needs the government and other relevant departments of the cultural industry support factors in three aspects of selecting 7 indicators corresponding influence on Anhui province culture industry efficiency factors were analyzed by Tobit regression analysis,find the factors which affect the efficiency of the cultural industry in Anhui province by regional economic level and regional people’s income and expenditure level,the cultural industry market size the level of science and technology and other significant areas.According to the results of empirical research,the development suggestions of improving the efficiency of cultural industry in Anhui province are put forward.
