Senior high school art examinees refer to the ordinary senior high school students who take part in both the college entrance examination for art majors and the college entrance examination for cultural courses.Only when the professional examination of Arts and the college entrance examination of cultural courses meet the requirements of the score line can they enter the university.Senior high school art examinees are the reserve force of the future art talents of our country,and play an important role in the development of our country's art cause.In recent years,in order to increase the cultivation of art examinees,most high schools have set up high school art examination classes.With the rapid increase of the number of senior high school art examinees,the passing rate of art major joint examination and school examination continues to decline,the achievement of cultural courses continues to improve,and the overall enrollment rate continues to decline.This situation has brought great pressure to senior high school art examinees.In the face of pressure,what is the general situation of high school art examinees' psychological resilience and coping style? How to enhance the psychological resilience of high school art examinees and improve their coping styles? These are the questions that this article attempts to answer.In the first study,using The Adolescent Resilience Scale and The Scale of Simple Coping Style as measuring tools,investigate the current situation of psychological resilience and coping style of high school art examinees in Shandong Province,and then analyze the data of 399 questionnaires collected,and explore the current situation and relationship of psychological resilience and coping style of high school art examinees.In the second study,which is based on the results of study 1,and combined with the group counseling method of psychological resilience training,I have compiled my own group counseling program.The experimental group of high school art examinees were intervened for 8 weeks,while the control group did not receive any intervention.The intervention aims to improve the psychological resilience and coping style of high school art examinees.According to the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.Generally speaking,the psychological resilience and coping style of high school art examinees are in the upper middle level.2.There are significant differences in the interpersonal assistance dimension of psychological resilience between the only child art examinees of different genders;Whether art examinees are the only child have significant differences in the emotional control dimension of psychological resilience;There are significant differences in family support dimensions of psychological resilience among arts examinees from different origins and grades.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the total score of psychological resilience and its dimensions and positive coping style,while there is a significant negative correlation between the total score of psychological resilience and its goal focus,emotional control,interpersonal assistance,personal strength and negative coping style.It shows that the psychological resilience of high school art examinees has a significant predictive effect on their coping styles.4.The positive psychological intervention can significantly improve the psychological resilience of high school art examinees,and then improve their coping style,and verify that the self-made psychological intervention program has certain promotion and reference value in improving the psychological resilience and coping style of high school art examinees.This paper studies the influence mechanism of psychological resilience and coping style,and according to the relevant conclusions,puts forward targeted education suggestions in the aspects of self-construction,teacher guidance and school management.
