Today’s society, on the one hand, the aesthetic subject is more andmore inclined to application, in terms of social management activities, along withthe outburst of human nature and aesthetic requirements, management aestheticsemerge as the times require. At the same time, on the other hand, in order toconstruct the management aesthetics better, how to further absorb the traditionalmanagement ideology and culture and to strengthen the modern management ofhuman nature and aesthetics is in further investigation. However，in general, therelated research on the relationship between the Chinese ancient managementaesthetics and modern social management is still not enough, there are still manyproblems need to be further study.Management aesthetics in ancient China is an important composition ofChinese traditional management culture, and also the common wealth ofnationalities of the Chinese nation; it plays a positive role in improving people’smoral ideas and code of conduct, and raising the level of social management.This essay is to discuss and study how to correctly understand the ancientaesthetic culture and the modern social management, and learn from the positivefactors in Chinese aesthetics ideology and culture in the process of socialdevelopment and overall operation management, at the same time, to contain andeliminate the negative influence on social development, finally to improve the levelof humanization and aestheticization of the social management.
