The High-exam is the most important thing for each student in the life,however, test anxiety is troubling schools and students. In real life, teachers, schools andmental educators hope to help students overcome test anxiety, but the test anxietytreatment is not enough. Sandplay therapy and music therapy have a significant effect intest anxiety, however, these two therapies itself has unavoidable defects. This studyattempts to combine music therapy with sandplay games to form an integralindependent treatment of the theory, richer than a single application sandplay games ormusic therapy,which is music sandplay therapy.We explore the music sandplaytherapy from the perspective of theoretical and empirical effect on the impact of highschool test anxiety, and results showed that:(1) Music sandplay therapy can effectively relieve the test anxiety of high schoolstudents;(2) Music sandplay therapy can effectively relieve the test anxiety through the testanxiety factor in the emotional and anxiety factor;(3) Music sandplay therapy can relieve test anxiety and improve overall mental healthof high school students;(4) Music sandplay therapy has an impact on overall mental health seven factors(compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, andparanoid ideation);(5) Music sandplay therapy can relieve anxiety and improve high school math test scores;(6) the therapeutic effect of music sandplay therapy on the test anxiety is better thanreceptive music therapy and sandplay play therapy, effect:music sandplay therapy>receptive music therapy>spontaneous sandplay game;(7) Music sandplay therapy for test anxiety treatment retention is better than receptivemusic therapy and sandplay play therapy, hold effect: sandplay music therapy>spontaneous sandplay game>receptive music therapy;(8) Music sandplay therapy is more suitable for the sandplay with mild and moderatelevels of test anxiety for students, music therapy is only suitable for mild test anxietylevel students, and sandplay game is only suitable for moderate levels of test anxiety forstudents;(9) Music sandplay therapy can not effectively improve students’ test scores;...
